I am an experienced executive-level innovation stream thought leader specialising in digital, emerging technologies (IOT, AI), big data and advanced analytics. I have a proven track record of establishing new business capabilities and setting up high performing teams with a focus on innovation and execution coupled with governance and accountability.
I work on a consultative and partnership capacity within the executive team to ensure that innovation initiatives meet business goals, commercial benefits and customer demands. I play a key part in providing strategic leadership in helping establish a business vision to transform customer, data, digital and technology journey to achieve significant growth.
My transformational leadership style reflects my passion for growing business which is inspirational and intellectually stimulating for the people involved. I strive to create a collaborative and transparent atmosphere for my team with the right amount of direction and enthusiasm. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favourite part of a project is when we identify a problem statement and then start thinking of ideas of solving it to achieve strategic, business and technical enablement.
I have worked for major organisations in the ASPAC region and was lucky enough to work with some amazing employers and clients.
