Sandhya Shetty a versatile personality, model, actor, anchor
and a karate champion. A Fitness inspiration for the nation has already made
the country feel proud with her contributions in karate as well as in
entertainment industry. She is five-time state karate champion, six-time
National karate champion from year 2004 to 2017. In 2011 she won the 34th
National games silver medal in Ranchi. She won the commonwealth karate
championship gold medal in 2015 and made India proud.
Her journey just kept getting stronger with another
international gold and bronze medal in Srilanka at the south Asian karate
federation championship. She believes “Life is all about choices, what you
choose to become; that you are! The Karate Girl while sharing her experience said,

execution, therefore to execute accurately we need a confident mind-set with a
clear vision to achieve our goals and a big smile at all times".
The “Femina Super Woman Achiever” award winner of 2018 was
felicitated with “Super achiever” award in karate at the 5th world women
leadership Congress and awards in Mumbai.
Sandhya Shetty was also felicitated as the best karateka
achiever at the international event of “Women’s Day” in Chennai by the
legendary Padma Bhushan & Padma Vibhushan Awardee and Bollywood Actor
“Rajnikanth Sir” in his residence on 8th March, 2018.A example of Beauty, brain
and brawn, her crusade for a change in society towards women empowerment takes
her Nationally and Internationally as a motivational speaker and conducts
self-defence and awareness programme called “No Fear".

country, Government sponsored Young Ambassador’s role in Canada, writing and
acting.
She has worked in films like "Bus yun hi"
"kabhi socha bhi na tha" and bengali film "kaal" and a Priyadarshan film Nimir in which she featured in title song Povukku released in
