All his training workshops are customized for every client and designed according to the composition of the participant group. Apart from this, invariably there is some takeaway reading material also. The workshops include presentations, discussions and exercises/role plays to add an important element of experiential learning. All the three forms of communication – auditory, visual and kinesthetic – are made use of to ensure interest and involvement of the entire group of participants. As an essential activity, all workshops are wound up with specific action plans that are owned by the participants. As a natural consequence, this methodology helps create sustainable improvements in the personal and professional lives of those who participate in Ashok’s workshops.

Ashok believes that “whatever does not make business sense, cannot make HR sense.” And this philosophy of his is reflected in all his interventions including training.
