Bharat Wakhlu is the former
Managing Director (India) for the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, the Stratford
USA based Helicopter OEM, now a part of Lockheed Martin. Before that, he worked
with the Tata Group in diverse senior roles – in its many companies in India
and the US – for over three decades
Bharat is a committed,
results-oriented business leader and cross-functional manager with a
demonstrated record of success, transforming enterprises and guiding leaders to
deliver outstanding and lasting value to chosen stakeholders. He is passionate
about working with values and ethics and of unfolding innovation and beneficial
change everywhere. He is collaborative,
open and assertive communicator who has also authored four books including the
book ‘ Navigating the Maze- Simple, Smarter, Strategies to Fast- Track Success’
which is written expecially for interconnected approach for working professionals.
