I am a strong believer in voicing out our experiences, good bad and ugly. I enable children and adults to speak their mind, untie the knots that clog their minds and life. Step by step, I empower them to remain going on through their journey in life. I voice out my experiences on child abuse, personal and professional abuse, how I overcame the trauma of sexual abuse in childhood and my professional life. I lend a hearing ear to people who are struggling within, showing them a path that gives an outlet to their bottled up emotions and feelings, no matter where they are or who they are. I speak on very grassroot levels for special children, teenagers, social stigma's, relationship and professional issues. Have been engaged with voluntary services from the age of 11.
When Speaking Minds was founded in 2007 in New Zealand, little did we envisage that this would grow into an international brand with offices in India and London in less than a decade. We set up the business to share what we had learnt, from the privileges we have had in our jobs – of access to knowledge.
Bringing India to the rest of the world was our driving force.
The dna of our business is genuinely about sharing knowledge with the
world, from thought leaders and experts who are notable achievers in
their field. Raga D'silva quit her highly successful corporate career in
New Zealand in 2007, to set up a dream business of connecting
knowledge, insights, motivation from exceptional talent with the
corporate world, globally.
