We understand that some clients like a hands-on service; they want to be updated throughout the process and prefer to be very involved. Whereas some clients want us to take care of the event and get in touch at key points when we need sign off or further information. We love our jobs because no two days are the same and no two clients are the same.
The most important part of the process though is to understand how, you, our client wants to work, what you like and don’t and what is the most important part of the event to you. We care as much about your event as you do and we really do everything within our power to make it perfect.
We generally start with finding you a venue, and can organise everything else from catering, lighting, entertainment, decor, flowers, accommodation, transport and much more.
When Speaking Minds was founded in 2007 in New Zealand, little did we envisage that this would grow into an international brand with offices in India and London in less than a decade. We set up the business to share what we had learnt, from the privileges we have had in our jobs – of access to knowledge.
Bringing India to the rest of the world was our driving force.
The dna of our business is genuinely about sharing knowledge with the
